Irie Vibes isn't just your typical summer reggae festival. It has become a homecoming to fans and artists from all over the southeast reggae scene. This year it will be held on August 19th through 21st at the Chattooga River Resort and Campground in Long Creek, South Carolina. Irie Vibes Music Festival is put on by a group of self-proclaimed music lovers who aim to create a socially and environmentally conscious event by affiliating themselves solely with sponsors who promote positive messages through their business agendas. This festival gets so much attention because it unites the people of the reggae movement of all over the region in a two night, three day camp out with some of the up-and-coming bands of the reggae community, such as Sun Dried Vibes, TreeHouse!, Roots of a Rebellion, plus many more. In the past, Irie Vibes has featured acts such as Fear Nuttin Band, Signal Fire, Of Good Nature, and Five40. The two artist announcement lineups can be found in the images below, and are sure to impress.

Weekend passes can be purchased for $60, while day passes range from $25 to $35. For all other information, follow the links below and don't forget to check out all the artists that have been announced thus far. We'll be out there, we hope to see you, too!
